Former GOP senator Lincoln Chaffee of Rhode Island says in a new interview that Alaska governor and current vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is a "cocky wacko" who has energized the Obama campaign.
Chaffee, by the way, has switched parties and supports Obama.
